Rental of Facilities Information
The American Legion in downtown Winter Garden has a newly renovated building that has daily rental available to the public. Rental is $350.00 without the kitchen, and if the kitchen is included it is an extra $50.00. It has been certified by the local Fire Dept for 120 people inside the building at any given time.
There is a Security Deposit of $200.00 due on the day of your booking which is returned after your function is completed and provided everything is in its original state. The earlier that you make your reservation you are assured of that day. The building rental is due one week prior to the date of the event.
